In shaker testing, the profile is the standard by which pass and fail are determined, yet just how realistic is the profile? How was the profile calculated? An unrealistic test could lead to over testing or under testing of components, either way it is wasted money. The purpose of this course is to introduce attendees to the importance of appropriate shaker profile creation and how to get the most out of testing.
This presentation will walk through the initial data acquisition and processing, passing the data sets to nCode GlyphWorks software for profile creation and then running the profile on a shaker. We will discuss refining and improving the testing profile to maximize test time.
Instructors are Bruel & Kjaer, LDS and HBM-nCode Technical Specialists.
